This Privacy Policy explains what information Momentum, which is owned and operated by Sphere Data Solutions Group ("Sphere Data Solutions Group," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information We Collect

• Account information: name, email, and phone number for Trainers and Clients
• Scheduling & session data: booking times, locations, and attendance you or your Clients enter into the Service
• Payment information: handled directly by Stripe — Momentum never sees or stores full card numbers
• Usage data: basic information about how you interact with the Service, used to keep it running and improve it

How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to operate the scheduling and payment features of Momentum, to communicate with you about your account or sessions, and to generate the insights (like best times and locations) shown to Trainers.

SMS/Text Messaging

If you provide a mobile phone number, Momentum may send you text messages related to your sessions, including session reminders, schedule changes, and cancellation alerts.

Consent to receive these texts is collected through an opt-in checkbox at signup and is never a condition of using the Service. Message frequency will vary. Message and data rates may apply.

To opt out of text messages at any time, reply STOP. For help, reply HELP. If you opt out, we retain a record of that opt-out status so we don't message you again; we don't use it for any other purpose.

We do not share, sell, or otherwise provide your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in/consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Payment Information

Payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe's handling of your payment data is governed by Stripe's own privacy policy, which we encourage you to review.

Sharing of Information

We don't sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers who help us run Momentum (such as Stripe for payments and our hosting provider), or when required by law.

Children's Privacy

Momentum is intended for use by Trainers and by parents or guardians booking on behalf of a minor client. We don't knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13; account information for a minor client is provided by their parent or guardian.

Your Rights & Choices

You can access, update, or request deletion of your account information at any time by reaching out to us. If you're a resident of a state with specific data rights (such as Illinois), you may have additional rights over your personal information under applicable law.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date.
